  3. Reason: Upgrade from Forgejo v8 to v9
  4. Time-frame: Sun Oct 20 00:00:00 UTC 2024 to Sun Oct 20 02:00:00 UTC 2024
  5. Description: Users on Gitea - Forgejo will not be able to reach the site when the upgrade is taking place, after that users can access normally with limited resources during the grace post-maintenance testing period. MX Portal, Webmail and mail service will continue to work as usual with no interruptions.
